REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, email us at hello@mizuonlinestore.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised products, and personal hygiene items. Opened perfumes and fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days using your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 days of approval, contact us at hello@mizuonlinestore.uk.
Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

VISSZATÉRÍTÉSI SZABÁLYZAT
30 napos visszaküldést kínálunk, vagyis a termék kézhezvételétől számított 30 napig kérheted a termék visszaküldését.
Jogosultság A termék csak úgy küldhető vissza, ha ugyanolyan állapotban van, ahogyan átvetted — nem kopott, nem használt, a címkéi nem lettek eltávolítva, és eredeti csomagolásában van. A számlával vagy a vásárlást bizonyító egyéb dokumentummal is rendelkezned kell.
Visszaküldés megindítása A visszaküldési folyamat megindításához írj nekünk e-mailt: hello@mizuonlinestore.uk. Ha a visszatérítési kérelmet jogosnak találjuk, visszárucímkét és útmutatót küldünk. Nem fogadunk vissza olyan terméket, melynek visszaküldését előzetesen nem kérted.

Kivételek / Nem visszaküldhető termékek Bizonyos termékek nem küldhetők vissza: romlandó áruk, egyedi/személyre szabott termékek, személyes higiéniai termékek. Felbontott parfümök és illatszerek higiéniai okokból nem küldhetők vissza.
Akciósan vásárolt termékek és ajándékkártyák nem visszaküldhetők.
Az EU 14 napos elállási joga Az Európai Unióban érvényes 14 napos türelmi időszak alapján jogod van rendelésedet indoklás nélkül lemondani vagy a terméket visszaküldeni. A terméknek eredeti állapotban kell lennie, eredeti csomagolásban, számlával együtt.
Visszatérítés Értesítünk, amint megkaptuk és ellenőriztük a visszaküldött terméket. Jóváhagyás esetén a visszatérítésre 14 naptári napon belül kerül sor, az eredeti fizetési móddal. Ha 15 napon belül nem érkezik meg a visszatérítés, jelezd nekünk: hello@mizuonlinestore.uk.
Csere A leggyorsabb megoldás: küldd vissza a terméket, és amint elfogadásra kerül, vásárold meg újra a kívánt terméket.
